Sir M.Y. Ali Haider is the visionary founder and managing director of AYH Group of Institutions. Since 1994, he has been dedicated to transforming education in rural and slum areas, focusing on providing quality education and holistic development for underprivileged children.

With a profound commitment to social upliftment, Sir Haider established various institutions under the AYH umbrella, including N.O.K. Naybi Oxford Kindergarten, N.O.K. The Day Boarding School, N.T.I. Naybi Technical Inter College/Institute, NICE Naybi Institute of Computer Engineering, Edutm A WorldWide Career Institute, and Intellectual Publications. Sir Haider's efforts go beyond conventional education. He actively works in disaster relief, ensuring that those affected by natural calamities receive essential support.
